Tom Sandoval Defends Raquel Leviss Over Claims She's Not in a Mental Health Facility, Reacts to Ariana Going to White House, and Calls Out Peter and Dayna

Tom Sandoval is upset with the speculation surrounding Raquel Leviss‘ stay in a mental health facility.

Following a number of doubts, including statements from Peter Madrigal and Dayna Kathan, who suspected Raquel is actually at a spa, the Vanderpump Rules star stepped out in Van Nuys on Tuesday, where he set the record straight and reacted to Ariana Madix‘s upcoming visit to the White House.

After revealing to a TMZ cameraman on April 25 that his goal for the future is “just to better [himself],” Sandoval said he’s excited about Ariana’s trip to Washington, D.C.

“I want nothing but the best for Ariana. I think it’s great. I think it’s awesome,” he confirmed.

And as for his recent visit to a resort in Arizona, where he participated in a number of outdoor activities, including hikes and archery, Sandoval said it was “great” as he admitted to hoping Scandoval is almost over.

“It was amazing, man, had some nice time by myself,” he said of his trip.

Then, when the cameraman asked if he saw Raquel, who is rumored to be in Arizona as well, Sandoval, whose affair with the former beauty queen was exposed last month, got upset.

“Dude, I’m gonna just tell you, Raquel is in a mental facility, no visitors, okay?” he stated. “She’s there, whether she decides to tell you where that is after the fact, that’s where Raquel is, no visitors, no friends, no family, okay? No phone, no nothing.”

“Peter Madrigal and Dayna [Kathan], these people have absolutely no idea what’s going on,” he continued. “She’s in a mental health facility. I went to a resort, okay?”

Sandoval went on to say that Raquel is “doing great” at the mental health facility, where “she is [getting the help she needs].”

As Pump Rules fans will recall, it was reported that Raquel checked into a mental health facility earlier this month by Page Six, who said she’d been at the unknown location “for some time” and noted that it’s not a “short-term” visit but rather a”long-haul program.”

“[Raquel] decided before the relationship [between herself and Sandoval] was discovered that she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling,” an insider added to Entertainment Tonight. “She was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health.”

Vanderpump Rules season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
