As the Vanderpump Rules alum awaits a response from the rapper, who infamously demanded the film producer pay him the $1 million he was owed years ago, Randall’s troubles appear to be mounting as he’s reportedly facing foreclosure after defaulting on the mortgage of the 4,300-square-foot home he once shared with Lala Kent.
According to court documents viewed by The U.S. Sun on May 19, Lender Oakhurst Income Fund I LP filed a notice against Randall in January, stating that he owes $51,759.17.
“If your property is in foreclosure because you are behind in your payments it may be sold without any court action,” the filing said.
Then, in the months that followed, Randall faced several more notices, including a February notice that said he owed over $1.2 million, one in March that accused him of a past due amount of $571,043.76, and another earlier this month for $36,053.78.
The report went on to say that Randall purchased the home for $3,925,000 in 2017 and took out a mortgage in the amount of $2,575,000. Then, in May of last year, he put the home on the market for $6.29 million.
Currently, as his financial troubles continue, Randall’s home is for sale for $4.75 million following a $1,545,000 price reduction.
As Randall is faced with foreclosure, his former friend and Pump Rules castmate Jax is continuing to call him out after being stiffed for $75,000 after investing in one of his films.
“Hey [50 Cent] any advice on how to get my 75k loan back from this degenerate?” he asked in an Instagram Story shared on May 24.
“I’m not Sony. I’m not a studio. I’m not Paramount, where I have these huge budgets where I have insurance that covers things like this. I am Jax Taylor, a family man,” Jax stated. “You took money from a family man who… I need to support my family. I’ve gotta pay my mortgage.”
“The fact that you’re taking from a family and you think it’s funny and then now I’m watching you on Instagram going to Miami, having a new girlfriend, spending money, buying new cars, doing all this… Where the f-ck is my money?” he added.
The Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion is currently airing on Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
