Lisa Hochstein has moved out of her $32,000 per month Miami Beach condo following her split from Jody Glidden.
Weeks after Jody confirmed that he and Lisa had parted ways after three years of dating in a since-deleted post, the 43-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star took to her Instagram page, where she shared a video of her relocating from the condo into a new home.
“The past few months of my life have been hectic, so many changes and moving pieces, but thanks to [Good Greek Moving and Storage] the one thing that wasn’t stressful at all was my recent move,” Lisa wrote in the caption of her February 2 post.
“From packing every box and wrapping my furniture (and fine art) with so much care, to unpacking everything and placing it exactly where it belonged, I truly didn’t lift a finger … They were meticulous, professional, and left the space spotless when they finished. Every question answered, every step handled, zero stress the entire way,” she continued. “If you’re moving and want it done right: with care, precision, and peace of mind, this is the team!”

As RHOM fans may recall, Lisa moved into her Miami Beach condo after leaving the $52 million Star Island home she once shared with ex-husband Lenny Hochstein, 59. And shortly thereafter, she revealed that Jody and Lenny were splitting the cost, with Lenny paying $17,000 and Jody taking care of the other $15,000.
In the comments section of Lisa’s post, she shared more details about her move, confirming that she would be moving back to the area soon and clarifying that the property she moved into was not built for her by Lenny.
“I hope we didn’t lose you from Miami Beach!” one fan wrote.
“I’ll be back,” Lisa replied.
“It’s been a minute but did you end up moving into the home Lenny was building per your agreement?” someone else asked. “House looks really nice … can’t wait for your home tour.”
“I’ll likely be moving again in the next couple months,” Lisa revealed.
Lisa also addressed her split from Jody after a fan mentioned it. She also confirmed Jody is in the video because it was taken months ago.
A fan commented, “You and Jody broke up. I think that’s bigger news.”
Lisa responded: “It’s no big news. People break up.”
In another Instagram post shared in January, Lisa included Lil Wayne‘s “Let It All Work Out” as she spoke of “shedding” the old after her split from Jody.
“Happy 2026 everyone … I wore my nye dress with intention … The snake represents shedding releasing everything that no longer serves me, making space for growth, clarity, and renewal,” she wrote. “As we move into the Year of the [Horse], the energy shifts to momentum, confidence, and galloping forward without hesitation.
