K. Michelle was questioned about who told her that Porsha Williams and Drew Sidora were plotting against her on The Real Housewives of Atlanta while appearing on Sunday’s Watch What Happens Live.
As the 44-year-old singer also spoke of Porsha, 44, sleeping with her ex-boyfriend, reacted to the spat between Angela Oakley, 45, and Pinky Cole, 38, and confirmed which of her co-stars were the most and least welcoming, she revealed who she was “closest to,” poked fun at Drew’s singing ability, detailed an upcoming plastic surgery procedure, and more.
“Jesus,” K. Michelle said when asked who told her that Porsha and Drew, 41, were scheming against her on the May 24 episode of WWHL.
Then, when host Andy Cohen, 47, asked her if it was Shamea Morton, 44, she replied, “No, no, we’ll talk about it. You gotta finish up the season.”
Moving on to her claim that Porsha slept with her ex, K. Michelle doubled down.
“She did. My African ex … The last man that I was publicly around, you’re sitting up there, and you’re screwing him right now, and you’re telling him about me and my business, and when I call, you showing him that I’m calling,” she shared. “I don’t know what type of groupie activity that is, but you can’t bring me into a group and say you’re my friend, knowing you’re sitting up here screwing, married or not, you can’t do that.”
As for Porsha’s oyster comment, the musician said that she wanted to get ahead of it.
“I’m gonna tell you, ‘Go ahead and talk to me about it because I know as soon as I make one of you all mad and there’s something you don’t like, what you’re gonna do, you’re gonna pull out something that you saw me act a fool in the media about,’” she reasoned.
Although K. Michelle has been accused of failing to be direct with her castmates, she explained that her use of social media to call them out was simply how she communicates.
“It’s been my mental journal, and when it comes to expressing things now, what I’m trying to do is think before I speak,” she revealed. “I think that’s the safest place for me to go home and think about it, [and] pick up my phone in the middle of the night [after realizing] I just got played.”
Regarding the way she felt sabotaged, and how the idea hadn’t landed with viewers, K. Michelle said, “I think they love the OGs and love everybody so much that I feel like sometimes they can’t do any wrong.”
“I also feel like they would’ve appreciated it more if I had said it right there on the spot. And I can respect them,” she continued. “I can agree to disagree when I’m wrong, and I’m there, but I feel like by the end of the season, they have to tune in and they’ll see exactly who I am and why I reacted as I did.”
Looking back on Angela’s feud with Pinky, K. Michelle deemed Angela the winner.
“I think that Pinky put up a good fight, but Angela, you know, when people know how to read, and I don’t mean like, read, like Angela read real books. Like, she is very smart, what people don’t know yet, Angela won that,” she confirmed.
Also speaking of Angela, K. Michelle said she was the “most welcoming,” while Drew was the “least welcoming.”
She then shared that she heard the most rumors about Porsha before she joined RHOA, and she said Drew was the one on the show with the most skeletons in their closet.
Following her debut season, K. Michelle said she was “closest to” Kelli Ferrell, 41, and Phaedra Parks, 52, as she admitted that her friendships were the biggest surprise about the show.
“I came in, I really was skeptical about Phaedra and everything, and I just kind of allowed things to naturally happen, and the friendships that I have, I’m actually really close to, a lot of the girls talk to me over the other girls, so I’m really shocked that I ended up having good friendships,” she explained.
Also on the live broadcast, K. Michelle said she “[loves]” Kelli’s new boyfriend and hangs out with him all the time, and she admitted to being told to have the doctor behind her botched butt job put in jail.
“That would show my character,” she explained. “I have never done it … I’m still going through it, but I’m gonna be okay.”
She then joked that she’ll be attending the upcoming reunion, even if she has “to lay [down].”
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, K. Michelle was asked to rate Drew as a singer and if she’d consider a collaboration.
“I don’t think Drew is a horrible singer. You know how the people in church, they can do a little note here and there, like when the spirit hit em. That’s what that is. But collab? Absolutely not … I’m not doing that,” she declared.
She also confirmed an upcoming plastic surgery appointment, revealing that Phaedra had referred her to a doctor who will be performing a zombie Brazilian butt lift on her following her botched procedure.
“I’m gonna have a new butt … Phaedra had the doctor, it’s a new butt procedure that it’s called the zombie BBL,” she explained. “It takes the DNA out of the fat. So next week they’re gonna take out the implant and it’s like, it costs about 50,000 per cheek, so of course she called the man and asked the man to give it to me for free so I’m gonna have a new butt. They need to give it to me for free. That’s why I’m here with you.”
“I’ll be able to have a little fitness body, and I’m gonna be healthy. I’m gonna work out. I’m gonna eat good. And everybody will see my new cheeks,” she added.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
