Milania Giudice appeared to laugh off her alleged assault after being arrested on May 14.
In just-released footage from the 20-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s arrest, Milania was seen in the back of a cop car, where she looked oddly happy, not only seeming to laugh, but also smiling after police officers handcuffed her and placed her into their car.
In dashcam clips obtained from the Montville Police Department on July 17 by Page Six, Milania appeared to scoff at her legal drama as one cop buckled her in with a seatbelt. She was then seen looking out an open door and turning back around with a smile.
Other dashcam videos featured Teresa Giudice, 54, and Luis Ruelas‘ home, where the alleged incident occurred. However, certain snippets of the footage were redacted.

As RHONJ fans have surely heard, Milania was accused of punching her unnamed victim, identified only as “LR,” in the face, but has pleaded not guilty to simple assault.
During a virtual court hearing earlier this month, a judge alleged that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense.”
It has also been revealed that it was Milania’s older sister, Gabriella Giudice, 21, who called the cops back in May, sharing that her “sister [was] acting erratically,” reportedly amid a fight about her boyfriend.
Following the news of her arrest, which led to rumors of an encounter with Luis, Milania said on TikTok that she “looked fire” in her mug shot and reasoned that “sh*t happens.” She also praised Luis as an amazing stepfather.
Now, as she prepares for an August court date, she’s facing six months in jail, probation, and over $500 in fines.
While Milania has not yet directly addressed the release of her arrest footage, she did share a telling message with her fans and followers on her Instagram Story around the time that it was made public.
“Nobody notices your pain. Everyone notices your mistakes,” read a message posted to her account.
