Kim Zolciak‘s boyfriend’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, is firing back at his attempt to keep Kim’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, away from their children.
Months after Kroy, 40, and Jillian struck up a romance with one another as their exes, including the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, continued on with their own, Jillian responded to Kyle’s request for a judge to block Kroy from being around their kids.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on August 27, Kyle not only wanted to keep the children he shares with Jillian away from Kroy, but also to have the court reactivate security devices, or install new ones, at his and Jillian’s marital home, where she exclusively resides.
While Kyle didn’t want Kroy anywhere on the property or having contact with the kids, Jillian insisted that Kroy was no danger to them, noting that he was previously awarded full custody of his own kids amid his messy divorce from Kim and shutting down the idea that security cameras were needed.
As RHOA fans may recall, Kim was dragged into Kyle and Jillian’s $100 million divorce at the end of last year, when Jillian subpoenaed her in regard to trips and gifts she may have received from Kyle.
As for her relationship with Kroy, Jillian said she met the former pro athlete after Kyle’s “notorious and publicized adulterous affair with Kim.”
Earlier this month, after Kroy and Jillian were spotted making out in Alpharetta, Georgia, Kim and Kyle spoke to TMZ about the romance, with Kim insisting they “[didn’t] care” about the kiss before noting that she was “very worried” about Kyle and Jillian’s young daughters.
Although Kyle said he didn’t think the relationship began “out of spite,” Kim said that because she “provided for Kroy for 10 years solely,” she suspected he just wanted to “be a kept man.”
Kim and Kyle also spoke about her own romance, sharing that she and Kyle met “through a friend.”
“We didn’t start dating for a few months until… after that,” she elaborated.
“[He’s] the funniest person … And he loves my kids so much,” she added. “And my kids love him, and I think that’s super important. And he’s just my best friend. We’ve been through a lot together. So it’s only up from here.”
