Dorit Kemsley claims her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, kept her in the dark about their finances both during and after their marriage.
As their messy divorce battle continues, the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has accused PK, 59, of making her naive about their finances by refusing to answer her money questions and taking any such inquiries as a sign of distrust.
In court documents obtained by TMZ on September 28, Dorit said “[PK] controlled the family finances,” and added that when she would wonder and confront him about their financial status, PK “treated those requests as distrust.” In turn, Dorit said she quit asking questions and decided to put her trust in her spouse.
Dorit then said that after she and PK separated in May 2024, PK vowed to continue to pay their bills for the home where she and their two kids, 12-year-old son Jagger and 10-year-old daughter Phoenix, reside. However, in February 2026, she discovered the gas at their home was going to be shut off due to nonpayment.
Although Dorit admitted that PK did pay to avoid the gas being shut off, he never warned her that he was going to stop paying, which resulted in many of her bills being past due and her credit being damaged.
Meanwhile, as Dorit accused PK of broken promises, he accused her of making more — and suggested that she should be paying him child support.
As RHOBH fans may have seen earlier this month, PK’s accountant alleged in court documents obtained by TMZ that Dorit should be paying $581 per month to PK for the care of their children, even though he rakes in about $107,943 each month. As for Dorit’s monthly income, attorney Ronald Richards claimed she was making about $2 million per year, which amounts to about $166,000 each month.
It was also revealed in the docs that Dorit had spent $32,000 on family expenses from January 2026 to August 2026, while PK had spent $1.9 million from April 2024 to March 2026.
PK additionally alleged that he never committed to paying Dorit’s bills once he moved out of their marital home.
