Kim Zolciak’s sons, 15-year-old Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann Jr. and 14-year-old Kash Biermann, were accused of throwing firecrackers and eggs toward a horseback riding camp near their home in Alpharetta, Georgia, in November 2025.

As it was alleged that the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, 41, were seemingly absent, details of a couple of separate police reports were revealed, suggesting that KJ and Kash had repeatedly caused issues at the horse facility.

According to an October 7 report from Us Weekly, a 911 call made on November 25, 2025 alleged that a teenage male on Kim’s porch had been “screaming obscenities” toward the horse camp — and threw firecrackers and eggs at it.

Although KJ and Kash were not directly named by the caller, a police report confirmed their involvement. It also revealed that police spoke to Kim and “advised her to talk to her boys about yelling obscenities out the back of their house toward the horse farm. Kim said she will look at her cameras and address the issue.”

In addition to reporting KJ and Kash’s alleged behavior, the 911 caller said they had previously attempted to make contact with one of the children’s parents but had “never seen a parent there.” They also said it was “not the first time” the teen and his brother had acted out toward the camp.

TMZ reported a similar incident in July, noting that a police report at the time had alleged that one of the boys had shot a pellet gun to scare the horses.

At that time, an employee told authorities that no horses or individuals seemed to have been injured as they signaled past issues with the boys. According to the staffer, the children had been “verbally rude and uncooperative” when confronted.

Once they arrived on the scene, officers saw “20 to 30 pellets scattered in the roadway next to the property,” and one of the boys admitted to shooting the pellet gun. He also said he was not trying to hurt any horses or people, and no charges were ever filed.

As RHOA fans well know, KJ was accused of sexually assaulting a classmate earlier this year and arrested in August on charges of aggravated sexual assault and sodomy. He was later indicted on seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment, and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.

Although KJ pled not guilty to all charges earlier this month, he was also accused of having sex with a family member under the age of 12 after prosecutors allegedly found footage on his phone that depicted the acts and saw KJ using “predatory [and] derogatory” language toward his victim.
