The Real Housewives of Orange County season 13 premieres on Bravo TV next month and according to a new report, it is jam-packed with drama from the new and returning members of the cast.
In the just-released trailer for the new season, there is plenty of drama going on between returning cast members Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson, who battle it out over Vicki’s closeness with Kelly’s ex-husband Michael Dodd.
“Kelly is out of control since her split and her partying hasn’t slowed down either,” a source told Radar Online on June 12.
“Vicki is so overdramatic and although she says she is done, she is never really done,” the insider added.
Equally as dramatic, according to the report, is Shannon, who is seen breaking down over the end of her marriage to cheater David Beador on a few different occasions.
“Shannon goes through a complete metamorphosis and gets into fights with nearly every cast member,” the source revealed.
As for Tamra Judge, who has been known to be right in the middle of the drama during past seasons, she’s seemingly taken on a more low-key role with her co-stars during season 13 as she instead focuses on the health crisis of her husband Eddie Judge, who recently underwent his fifth heart procedure in six months.
In the trailer, viewers are also introduced to new cast members Emily Moore Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter, who immediately make it clear that they are ready to make a name for themselves.
“A lot of women don’t have to work. When I throw the attorney thing in and I am like, ‘No girl.’ I am not your typical housewife,” Emily explains in the sneak peek.
Meanwhile, Gina feuds with Shannon Beador, telling her, “You sound stupid! I don’t do stupid.”
“[Emily] already acts like she owns the show and the world revolves around her. She doesn’t stand for anyone’s s**t,” the source noted.
As for Gina, she’s described by the source as “quite boring.”
“[Gina] doesn’t really mesh well with the others. She is trying too hard and a lot of her scenes needed to be cut out because she simply isn’t that interesting,” the insider explained.
