RHONJ's Danielle Staub Gets Marty Caffrey Kicked Out of His $2 Million Home with Restraining Order

In today’s Danielle Staub news, her extremely messy divorce continues to last longer than her three-month marriage to estranged husband Marty Caffrey.

The latest update today? Danielle, who stars on the Real Housewives of New Jersey, is now attempting to kick Marty out of his $2 million home and has even gone through the lengths of obtaining a second restraining order against him.

As widely reported, the former couple continues to share a home together, a la War of the Roses, since their separation last July. And according to a new report by Page Six, Danielle, 56, met with New Jersey police officers on Wednesday night to try to obtain a temporary restraining order, yet again, against Marty on the basis that he is emotionally abusing her. She didn’t allege any physical abuse.

Even more stunning, the TRO was reportedly granted to Danielle by a judge today and will be in place for 10 days. This means Marty, who legally owns the NJ mansion he shares with Danielle, will no longer be allowed in his own residence.

This is the same home Marty put on the market late last year followed by claims by Danielle that she wasn’t informed the home would be going up for sale and only found out about the listing through the media. You can see photos of the home here

As for Marty, 66, he reportedly hasn’t been served yet with the newly in place restraining order, but once served, he will be forced to vacate his home right away. He did, however, release a statement about this latest development.

“I’m not aware that a restraining order is in place at all. She has received multiple death threats on social media over her behavior on how she treats people, so she filed something with that at the police but it had nothing to do with me,” stated Marty. “Whether or not she’s filed a restraining order on me — I’m not sure what it could be for. There has no been interaction between the two of us. We’re living in the same house but we’re avoiding each other.”

A rep for Danielle also released a statement to Page Six stating Marty “must vacate the marital residence” due to the new restraining order.

As we previously reported, Reality Blurb dug up records which show the home in question was purchased solely by Marty back in 2017 for $1,900,000, months before he married Danielle in May 2018. The property records also show the home is in Marty’s name only.

Marty and Danielle are not new to restraining orders as they each filed one against each other back in August. In Danielle’s filing, she accused Marty of “domestic violence non-reported verbal abuse,” while Marty accused her of attempting to “stab him in the neck at least a dozen times” in his filing. Ultimately the former couple agreed to drop their restraining orders against one another.
