Tommy Feight is headed to jail.
According to a new report, the husband of Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes “MJ” Javid plead no contest in court to charges related to the May vandalization of Reza Farahan and Adam Neely‘s home and was promptly ordered to spend time behind bars.
On September 6, The Blast revealed Tommy agreed to a plea deal in which the trespassing charge against him would be dropped if he pleads no contest to the vandalism charge. However, the plea deal did not allow Tommy to avoid jail and in the next few days, he will be turning himself into the Los Angeles County Jail for a 10-day stay.
Upon his release, Tommy will be placed on three years of probation.
As Shahs fans may recall, Tommy was charged with vandalism and trespassing after he was caught trashing the backyard of Reza and Adam following a text message argument with Reza.
Following the May 19 incident, Reza phoned the police and filed for a restraining order against Tommy. In his report, Reza claimed Tommy “threatened [his] life by phone” before showing up to his residence, where a security camera caught Tommy’s destruction of Reza’s property.
In an interview with The Blast, Reza explained that his drama with Tommy, who he labeled as a “low-class thug,” stems from a feud he had with MJ, during which she allegedly went on a campaign against him on social media after he revealed something private about the complicated birth of her son, which included a life-saving surgery.
On Instagram, MJ recently shared a post about her recovery and revealed she can never carry a baby again.
“I’m extremely grateful to those who made sure I had this shoot, and keep this memory forever,” she wrote. “My body is still healing from pregnancy, my heart is fragile and vulnerable. I wish I had the compassion I have now, as a new mom, all of my life. But now I am learning to have a deeper appreciation about why growth in life is such an important gift. I want to be better, and stronger. Lately, most days are a challenge.”
Shahs of Sunset season eight will likely air on Bravo TV sometime later this year.
