RHOBH's Dorit Kemsley and PK Re-List Beverly Hills Home for $7.5 Million After Initially Asking $12.75 Million

Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley have re-listed their six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom Beverly Hills home.

After settling two pending lawsuits against them earlier this month, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple put their gated home back on the market for $7.5 million after initially listing the house for $12.75 million in July 2017.

On October 15, Realtor shared the news with readers and wondered if Dorit and Paul’s reported $1 million they owe in back taxes had something to do with their decision.

Dorit and Paul purchased the 8,600-square-foot Contemporary Mediterranean home, which comes equipped with a theatre room, wine room, sauna, and even an elevator, for $6.565 million with the help of nightclub tycoon Sam Nazarian.

In January 2018, after failing to sell the home for $12.75 million, Dorit and PK slashed the price to just under $11 million. They continued to lower the price as it remained on the market.

Days ago, Dorit denied having money issues while out on in Los Angeles with PK and Boy George.

“Everything is perfect, going good,” she told TooFab. “There is no money issue, no issue.”

In August, Dorit purchased a $6.5 million farmhouse in Encino, California as she and PK fought back against a $1.2 million lawsuit. As we previously shared, the home is an all-new structure located in an up and coming neighborhood.

While rumors suggested that Dorit and PK were only renting the property shortly after the purchase was reported, a source later confirmed to Reality Blurb that the home had been bought under an LLC managed by Dorit.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 began production in August and will air on Bravo TV sometime next year.
