While the Real Housewives of New Jersey star appeared to have a great time when she traveled to Europe to see her husband face-to-face for the first time since his ICE release in November, a new report claims the couple is on the brink of divorce after publicly accusing one another of cheating on Joe and Teresa: Unlocked.
“Teresa is refusing to say for sure if she is going to see Joe in Italy for Christmas,” an insider revealed to Radar Online on December 5. “The girls are definitely going to see Joe in Italy again, they can’t wait to see their dad, [but] Teresa still doesn’t know what she is going to do.”
At the end of last month, Teresa appeared on Watch What Happens Live, where she told Andy Cohen that she would likely not be returning to Italy until next summer due to her busy work schedule. Around the same time, Teresa confirmed at BravoCon that she was still “friends” with her rumored boy toy, Blake Schreck, who she was caught holding hands with in Miami in February.
Although Teresa has not yet announced plans to divorce her husband, the source said a split is still very much on the table, even though a final ruling on Joe’s deportation appeal has yet to be made.
“Teresa tasted her freedom and she liked it,” the source explained. “She still is considering divorcing Joe.”
As RHONJ fans will recall, Teresa and her daughters enjoyed a four-day visit to Italy in November. However, throughout the vacation, Teresa and Joe were allegedly at odds amid their happy family photos.
“Teresa and Joe were arguing a lot, and wouldn’t go near each other,” a source claimed at the time.
Despite the fact that Teresa seems to be anything but motivated to spend time with her husband, Joe appears to be making an effort to keep their relationship intact on social media by leaving flirty comments on her Instagram posts.
In one of his comments, Joe told Teresa she looked “great” and in another, he labeled her a “sexy b***h!”
