RHOBH's Kyle Richards Insists Brandi Glanville is ‘Not a Liar,’ Addresses Brandi’s Past Comments About Her Marriage and Reveals Her Real Issue With Denise

Kyle Richards has had plenty of issues with Brandi Glanville over the years, but when it comes to Brandi’s recent claims about their Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Denise Richards, Kyle doesn’t believe she’s fabricating stories.

During Wednesday night’s RHOBH: After Show, Kyle said that she never “thought Brandi was making” up what she said about Denise, including Denise’s ill chatter about the group and their supposed affair, before admitting that she wasn’t surprised to learn about the ladies’ alleged hookups and revealing the real issue she has with Denise.

“All I know is they were friends. I’d seen pictures of them on Instagram together when this incident allegedly happened. And then it sort of made more sense of why she was so nervous coming to the children’s hospital event,” Kyle said. “I was like, ‘Why is she so nervous when she was on the show for years?’ But now it made more sense.”

According to Kyle, she knows that while she and Brandi have gone through ups and downs, telling the truth has never been a problem for Brandi. She also addressed Brandi bringing up tabloid rumors about her husband Mauricio Umansky being unfaithful back when Brandi was still a main cast member on the show.

“For lack of a better word, she can be a real a**hole sometimes. I just don’t see her to be someone who invents stories,” Kyle explained. “I really don’t. That was never our issue. Even the stuff she said back in the day about the tabloids, she was not saying she believed those things in the tabloids, she was bringing them up to create havoc in my life. I just don’t see her being a liar.”

As for the supposed romance that took place between Brandi and Denise, Kyle said, “Even though it was salacious, I wasn’t surprised,” before noting that the ladies’ relationship wasn’t an issue for her.

“The issue with Denise was about the stuff that was said about the group and all of us,” Kyle explained.

Then, after agreeing that Denise’s comment about Teddi living in her dad’s shadow was a “cheap shot,” Kyle admitted that the alleged affair between her castmates was “a weird thing to address.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
