Teddi Mellencamp is preparing to move on from her modern estate in the Hollywood Hills and head to Encino, where she and her husband, Edwin Arroyave, recently went into escrow on a farmhouse-style home that is nearly double in size.
After falling in love with the $6.49 million Encino home, which boasts seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and 8,550 square feet, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has listed her current property, which has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 4,309 square feet, for $5.995 million with The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie, Kyle Richards‘ husband and daughter.
Described as a magnificent modern estate, Teddi’s home is situated in a prime location above the Sunset Strip and has stunning views of the city below. It also has views of the Pacific Ocean, which is located about 25 minutes west of the property.
Inside of the home, an open-concept great room features a combination of marble, white porcelain tile, and custom wood paneling.
Pocket doors can be found throughout the home’s two stories and on the main level — they span nearly the entire length of the home.
Outside of the kitchen is a breakfast bar, which has been outfitted with several wooden shelves.
In the master suite, windows give plenty of natural light.
In the master bath, stunning striped walls are seen as a soaking tub sits beside a marble and wood vanity area.
Upstairs, bedrooms have access to a top-floor terrace as views of downtown are showcased.
Teddi’s home boasts a two-car garage, an office, and a home gym.
On the home’s pool terrace is a heated spa, a dining patio, and a BBQ kitchen.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
