Vanderpump Rules' Lala Kent Confirms She is Pregnant! Expecting First Child With Fiancé Randall Emmett and Feeling "So Excited" and "Really Emotional"

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett are expecting their first child together.

After traveling to Amangiri, a remote hideaway in Utah, to celebrate Lala’s 30th birthday, the Vanderpump Rules couple took to their podcast series to announce she is pregnant.

“I’m like shaking right now because I can’t believe that it is a real life thing. I’m really emotional,” Lala began on the September 2 episode of Give Them Lala… With Randall.

As Lala attempted to gather herself and make her exciting announcement to listeners, Randall revealed she had “tears flowing over her eyes.”

“I cry about everything but today, it’s very much happy tears,” Lala shared. “Today is my 30th birthday and for my 30th birthday, I had the best gift given to me… My body also helped out, too… I am pregnant!”

“Lala Kent… a soon to be mother!” Randall proclaimed.

“I am [pregnant] and I am so excited,” Lala continued. “I feel very maternal and motherly. It’s very interesting and I’m going to try not to bawl my eyes out. I cry about everything. I look in the refrigerator and it could be empty or full and I’m like happy or sad about it, I don’t know!”

As Pump Rules fans well know, Lala’s friend and former co-star, Stassi Schroeder, is expecting her first child with fiancé Beau Clark in January of next year. As for the rest of the cast, Katie Maloney and her husband, Tom Schwartz, are currently working on conceiving their first child, and Brittany Cartwright and her husband, Jax Taylor, have also been vocal about their desires to start a family sooner rather than later.

Lala’s baby news comes just one week after Randall told Us Weekly that the two of them were “working” on a baby.

“We are on the Flo app. We are on the apps. Lala, whatever day it is, she comes in, she says, ‘Give me a baby!’ and then I hop right to it,” Randall revealed. “We have our normal course of being together, and then the moment comes, and she’s just like, ‘It’s Friday at 3 o’clock. You are not going anywhere.’ So yes, we are working on it. It is only a matter of time.”

Also during the interview, Randall confirmed he and Lala are planning to wed in July 2021 after being forced to postpone their April 2020 wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
