REPORT: Kathy Hilton in Talks to Appear on RHOBH Season 11 and is "Definitely Interested" After Bravo Offered Her Role, What Has Sister Kyle Richards Said About the Possibility?

Kathy Hilton is currently in talks to appear on the upcoming 11th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Just weeks after her half-sister, Kyle Richards, addressed the possibility of both Kathy and Kim Richards joining the Bravo series, production sources have confirmed that Kathy has been offered a “friend” role on the show and noted that she is “definitely interested” in joining the cast.

On September 17, TMZ revealed producers have approached Kathy about making regular appearances on the new episodes and made her an offer. However, while Kathy is interested in the potential role, she hasn’t made an official decision about whether or not she’ll sign the deal.

As RHOBH fans well know, Kathy has plenty of ties to the cast and has been seen in cameo roles on the show throughout the past 10 seasons.

While appearing on James Harris‘ new podcast, Positively Chaotic, earlier this month, Kyle named Kathy when asked who she’d like to see on the new season.

“I would like to see my sisters join the cast,” Kyle said. “We have so much fun together and [Kathy] makes me laugh.”

Kathy has been rumored to be joining the RHOBH cast for years, and last June, after being spotted with Andy Cohen in Los Angeles just one week after Lisa Vanderpump confirmed her exit from the series, she was said to be in talks to replace Lisa on the series.

Days after Kathy was seen with Andy, Kyle addressed her potential addition during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

“I would be happy if my sister [joined the cast],” she said on the After Show. “My sister Kathy is actually, people don’t know this, she’s one of the funniest people there is. She’s a practical joker and she’s very, very funny. I think she’d be an amazing ‘housewife’ actually.”

Andy also spoke of the matter on an episode of Andy Cohen Live, telling listeners of his radio show that he was taken aback at just how excited people got over the possibility of Kathy being added to RHOBH.

“I will say, I was amazed at how positive, overwhelmingly positive the response to this was. People were really into it,” he shared.
