Following rumors and rumblings that she was fired from The Real Housewives of Potomac Bravo star Robyn Dixon is now addressing the claims.
Last week, after the shocking exit of Monique Samuels, who announced she had quit the RHOP following the dramatic three-part reunion, rumors started popping up about Robyn possibly getting the boot from Bravo.
It didn’t help matters that Robyn shared a cryptic post around the same time the claims were making rounds as she bid farewell to 2020 and thanked fans for supporting her all through her five seasons on the show. Many wondered if she was also bidding farewell to the RHOP.
On January 2 however, Robyn took to the comments section of her Instagram post to set the record straight about her status.
“Is this a happy new year or an exit? I am so confused… Happy New Year to you and yours. Love my hat!” wrote one of Robyn’s fans.
“It’s just a thank you for watching and supporting season 5. Nothing more, nothing less. I’m happy you love your hat, thank you for your purchase!” responded Robyn.
Another follower then wrote to Robyn, “Oh no. I hope [the rumors of your exit are] not true. You have a real storyline, you’re the real deal, was looking to see the growth of your hat line, upcoming wedding and your new mansion…”
Robyn wrote back: “Thank you, those are just rumors.”
And when a hater wrote her a nasty direct message on social media in which they called her nasty names and gloated over her being supposedly fired, Robyn seemed to hint at a return next season.
“So glad your b**ch a*s was fired,” wrote the hater to Robyn.
Robyn fired back in a screenshot shared on her Instagram Stories: “Sorry you get your news from non-credible sources. Don’t get too excited.”
Bravo has yet to announce when the sixth season of the Real Housewives of Potomac will begin filming.
