On the heels of the exits of Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Max Boyens, Brett Caprioni, and Dayna Kathan, Bravo will allegedly fill their empty seats with staff members of Lisa Vanderpump‘s restaurants.
On April 27, Variety revealed that the identities of the new cast members will be announced once it becomes clear to producers whose stories will be worked into the new episodes. They also noted that the reopening of TomTom, which is co-owned by Lisa, Tom Schwartz, and Tom Sandoval may be filmed.
Another report shared by E! News revealed that certain returning cast members, including Katie Maloney, Ariana Maddix, Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, James Kennedy, and Raquel Leviss, have “filmed here and there on their own.”
The rest of the cast, meanwhile, is expected to begin filming in early May.
In addition to the potential filming of the reopening of TomTom, which has been shut down since March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, producers will be following Scheana and Lala’s new lives as moms and more of Lisa.
“Everyone is happy to finally get back to work, but it will be much different experience with many people not returning to the series,” the E! News source shared. “Lisa Vanderpump has expressed a strong interest to have a larger presence this season and become more of a focal point than in years past.”
As for Vanderpump Rules‘ potential name change, Variety confirmed the title will not be changed.
