RHOBH Star Erika Jayne's Mansion Hits Market For $13 Million Amid Bankruptcy of Husband Tom Girardi

Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi are officially preparing to say goodbye to their Pasadena mansion.

Amid the attorney’s ongoing bankruptcy proceedings, the 10,277-square-foot Mediterranean home has hit the market for $13 million as trustees attempt to sell the property and disperse the earnings to the many creditors of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member’s husband.

Built in 1928 by architect Myron Hubbard Hunt, Erika and Thomas’ home, which sits on just under two acres, boasts four bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and old-world opulence throughout.

At the end of a private driveway is a motor court leading up to a solid bronze front door, which opens to a walnut-paneled gallery.

At one end of the gallery is a grand living room with an ornate ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Nearby, a formal dining room with a tray ceiling can be found.

A primarily white kitchen is outfitted with a tiled floor and wooden beams on the ceiling.

A handsome library and office is paneled in walnut wood and boasts not one but two fireplaces. It also has French doors leading to the outdoors.

The master bedroom features two dressing areas, one of which features Chinoiserie touches.

The wood theme of the home continues in the bathroom, where wooden trim and marble is featured.

Also in the master suite is a large closet with two shelved islands.

Erika had plenty of room for her glam team in her vanity room, which has access to a balcony.

Other over-the-top features of the home including a chapel and wine room.

A guest bedroom boasts palm tree-printed wallpaper and a fireplace.

Just as attention to detail was noted indoors, the same goes for the exterior of Erika and Thomas’ mansion, which features several areas to enjoy, including a fenced-off eating area, a veranda, and a chandelier-lit pavilion.

As RHOBH fans have surely heard, Thomas was forced into involuntary bankruptcy months ago after allegedly using millions of settlement funds meant for clients to fund his and Erika’s luxurious lifestyle and stiffing a number of creditors.

In the months since, the once-famed attorney, who is reportedly suffering from Alzheimer’s, was placed under a conservatorship run by his brother, Robert Girardi, stripped of several legal awards, and accused of owing more than $56 million to past clients and creditors.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 premieres on Wednesday, May 19, at 8/7c on Bravo.
