Falynn Guobadia‘s divorce settlement has been revealed.

Weeks after her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star, Porsha Williams, 39, confirmed that she is engaged to her now ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, 56, court documents have confirmed the details about Falynn and Simon’s prenuptial agreement, which requires Falynn, 31, to vacate their newly listed $4.99 million home.

According to Fulton County court records obtained by PEOPLE, via Yahoo! News, Simon first filed for divorce from Falynn on January 15. However, just one week later, he dismissed the complaint as he seemingly attempted to mend his broken marriage.

“It took me a life time to learn how to love someone unconditionally even when I did not have examples of that growing up. It is never too late to learn because an empty heart is even more of a greater burden,” Simon wrote in a since-deleted post on Valentine’s Day, according to Atlanta Black Star. “I’m still learning, I’m not quite there and quite frankly, loving someone deeply is not a destination because it does get bumpy. It is a life time journey. Try to get comfortable and enjoy as much of the ride as possible. Cheers to my fellow brothers that try. Never give up on love.”

Although Simon and Falynn appeared to be giving their marriage a second chance at that point, he ultimately filed for divorce for a second time on February 19, claiming their marriage was “irretrievably broken” and requesting their prenuptial agreement be enforced.

Then, two months later, after she and Simon publicly confirmed their split on Instagram, Falynn offered a response to Simon’s divorce complaint but denied a number of his statements, including his claim that the two of them were “living in a state of bona fide separation” and that their relationship was “irretrievably broken.”

After initially arguing several points, Falynn accepted Simon’s divorce complaint on April 30 and later reached a final settlement with him that enforced their prenup and waived each of their rights to request alimony.

As part of their agreement, Simon gave Falynn a portion of the proceeds from a property they shared, which totaled $153,725.34, and he paid her $50,000 in an equitable division payment.

As for their marital home, Simon recently put the seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom Atlanta home on the market for $4.99 million. Falynn is required to vacate the property, which boasts 13,500 square feet, by May 28.
