RHOBH's Erika Jayne Seemingly Responds After Judge Rules That Thomas Girardi's Victims Can File an $11 Million Lawsuit Against Her

Erika Jayne seemingly reacted to her recent court loss with a series of Twitter posts on Wednesday.

Amid the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which featured Erika discussing her financial status following her split from Thomas Girardi, the reality star and performer took to her Twitter page, where she shared a GIF and “liked” a message from a fan.

“The ice queen can take it,” Erika’s July 7 GIF read.

On Tuesday, after Joseph Ruigomez filed a motion in which he requested the court allow him to go after the RHOBH cast member for the $11 million he is owed from a settlement Thomas got him in 2013 but never paid, a judge ruled that the Ruigomez family will be able to pursue a collections lawsuit against Erika.

“All assets identified by the Ruigomez family shall be subject to all rights of the Girardi bankruptcy estate and the [Girardi Keese] bankruptcy estate, which parties shall meet and confer in good faith to determine the character/ownership of the identified assets,” a document stated, also noting, “The Ruigomez Family, the Girardi Trustee, and the GK Trustee shall cooperate with each other with their collection efforts against Erika.”

According to Us Weekly, Erika also “liked” a tweet after the news was confirmed.

“No ice, just a strong woman,” the tweet read. “People hate to see it.”

News of the judge’s ruling came after Thomas and his firm, Girardi Keese, were accused of allegedly transferring $20 million to Erika and her businesses.

During Wednesday’s episode of RHOBH, Erika said that prior to splitting from Thomas, she hadn’t worried about money for 22 years.

“But let’s not forget, I wrote a New York Times best-selling book, I was just on Broadway, I had multiple shoe collaborations, a makeup collaboration,” she said during a confessional. “I have enough for Postmates, my little house, I’m alright. It’s OK.”

She also said Tom “had everything … all set up” when they wed.

“I just inserted myself in there,” she explained. “Just because you ‘have a lot of money’ doesn’t mean you ‘have a lot of independence’ and if you’re not in charge of your own finances from the get, where are you going to go?”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
