Erika Jayne seemingly boasts about how her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars are sticking by her amid her ongoing legal issues.

As fans have likely heard, Erika turned the big 5-0 on July 10, but she celebrated without her co-stars as several of the ladies traveled to Mexico for former cast member Teddi Mellencamp‘s days-long birthday bash.

As a result, some fans began to speculate that the women have finally turned on Erika following the never-ending reports about her potential involvement in estranged husband Thomas Girardi‘s alleged misdeeds. But judging by a video the “Pretty Mess” singer shared with her Instagram followers, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

“Tell me you have friends who’ll stick by your a** through the hard times without telling me,” she captioned the video of Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Teddi singing and dancing along to her now infamous “XXpen$sive” bop.

Though Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga enjoyed the video, commenting, “Those are some real chicks,” the fans were not so pleased with Erika’s post.

“Weird choice for a song ???? read the room girlfriend!” one person wrote.

“Yeah. Till they all get dragged into a mess with subpoenas,” commented another. “Then watch them run. Jesus. Have some decorum and just stop. Silence can be golden while things work themselves out.”

A third fan claimed the video is likely devastating for Thomas’ alleged victims, commenting, “Another slap in the face to the victims.”

Meanwhile, it seems Erika was also feeling a bit nostalgic on her birthday as she shared a photo of herself during a much more innocent time in her life.

“Welp, Im 50!” she wrote, sharing a baby pic.

According to recent reports, Erika has been struggling with the fact that her life has become “such a nightmare at the big 5-0,” and she’s on a mission to clear her name in order to move on with her life. In fact, after initially failing to submit key financial documents in Thomas’ bankruptcy proceedings, she has reportedly turned over said documents and has confirmed her “full willingness to cooperate.” Furthermore, Erika insists she has “nothing to hide.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 airs Wednesday nights on Bravo at 8/7c.
