Braunwyn Windham-Burke and estranged husband Sean Burke want the pending eviction lawsuit against them thrown out.

In newly submitted documents from Sean, he’s accusing landlord Karen Ogden of ruining his former Real Housewives of Orange County star wife’s reputation with her “ambiguous” case and claims regarding the $45,000 they owe in unpaid rent.

According to the court documents, which were obtained by Radar Online on July 19, Sean, who filled out his response to the lawsuit without legal representation, claims some of his payments were made via wire. He also slams Karen’s lawsuit as “vague” and “ambiguous” and notes that there is “no cause” for eviction.

With his documents, Sean attached bank statements he claims prove he paid a portion of the rent and admitted that some of those payments were late — and that he still owes money.

Then, after mentioning the pandemic relief put into place by the government, he said his last payment to Karen, which was made on June 30, included 25 percent of the arrears amount.

“Please be aware that our family is very public, and word of this filing has already hit many news channels in this country. It is severely impacting Braunwyn’s reputation and as a result her income,” Sean explained to the attorney who filed the landlord’s complaint.

In other RHOC news, Braunwyn, who was fired last month from the Bravo reality series along with Kelly Dodd and Elizabeth Vargas, recently opened up about her biggest regret of the show.

“That Hawaiian shirt with the visor on the bus where I was crying,” Braunwyn said during an interview with Us Weekly on July 18. “That’s an easy one! If you’re gonna have a breakdown, have a breakdown in Prada.”

Braunwyn also mentioned making out with Tamra Judge.

“That happened. Whoops,” she said.

Continuing on, Braunwyn said that while there are things she wishes she did differently, she has learned through her sobriety journey that she shouldn’t have regrets.

“Do I wish I was coming back? Are there things I could have done differently? Probably,” she said. “But, one of the things about the program I’m working [with] is that you don’t have regrets. Everything that I do is for a reason. Everything that has gotten me here today has gotten me to 505 days sober, so I regret nothing.”

“I am so grateful for the show because I know that without the show I wouldn’t have stayed sober,” she added.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 16 began filming earlier this month with returning cast member Heather Dubrow.
