Tom Girardi's $1.25 Million La Quinta Home Listed For Sale Amid His Bankruptcy, Features Luxurious Backyard and Pool, Plus RHOBH Live Viewing Thread

Thomas Girardi‘s La Quinta home was discussed on last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And now, Reality Blurb can share photos of the property, which is actually for sale.

Amid the cast’s trip to La Quinta, which has been featured on recent episodes of the show, Erika Jayne said that while her estranged husband owned a home nearby, she didn’t know where the home was and had never even seen it. A short time later, Kyle Richards discovered the home had allegedly sold in 2018. But that wasn’t the case.

According to the home’s listing, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom home, which boasts just over 3,700-square-feet and is located in a gated, golf course community, was put on the market for $1.25 million in June.

The Spanish-style home is being sold in “As Is” condition with the sale subject to approval by the bankruptcy court. And, as the listing explained, over-bidding will be allowed at the time of the court hearing.

In the main home of Thomas’ property, crown molding can be seen throughout, as can recessed lighting, as well as plenty of natural light.

There are two bedrooms in the main home, including a large master suite.

There’s also a guest bedroom and bathroom.

Outside is an in-ground pool with a sizable patio with plenty of room for seating.

Outside of the main home is a guest casita with a separate bedroom and living room.

Earlier this week, the Bravo Bone Collector on Instagram revealed, via All About the Real Housewives, that Thomas’ La Quinta home is owned by a Girardi & Lack Aviation, a company he shares with a man named Walter Lack.

The fan page also shared a snippet from a court document, which noted plans to sell off the home amid Thomas’ bankruptcy to pay off the once-famed attorney’s former clients, creditors, and other lenders, who he’s believed to owe more than $56 million.

“I am employed as an agent for Coldwell Banker, one of the real estate brokers which James M. Rund, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”) of the bankruptcy estate of Thomas Vincent Girardi (the “Debtor”) desires to employ for the purpose of listing and selling the residential real property commonly known as [home’s address],” the document stated.

As RHOBH fans may recall, Erika previously believed that she and Thomas owned a plane. However, as it was later revealed, the aircraft was never in their name. Instead, they paid $1 million each year, via a trust, to have access to two different planes, possibly through the aviation company Thomas co-owned with Walter.

“Erika is so embarrassed. She loved to flaunt her riches on TV, and now it’s come back to bite her,” an insider told Life & Style in June. “Who knows what other lies the investigators will uncover?”
