Is Lala Kent ready to get her own place after her alleged split from Randall Emmett? It sure looks that way.

After the producer and director was seemingly caught entering a hotel with a couple of other women in Nashville earlier this month, the Vanderpump Rules cast member was photographed with her mom, Lisa Burningham, and her daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett, at an apartment complex in Santa Monica.

According to a report shared by Page Six, Lala visited the location last Thursday, just three days after photos of Randall and the other ladies began making their rounds on social media, and she remained inside the building for 15 minutes.

Although it has yet to be confirmed what exactly Lala was doing at the complex, an insider claimed she entered a parking garage on the premises that only has access to the leasing office.

Studio units at the location go for $650 per month while one-bedrooms range between $2,859 and $4,403, according to Realtor.com and ApartmentRatings.com, respectively.

In addition to seemingly checking out a potential new living arrangement for her and her daughter, the Pump Rules star has also joined Cameo in the days since her reported breakup.

“I never thought I would say this, but I’m officially on Cameo,” Lala says in one video posted to her page, which currently has a 5-star rating with eight reviews to date. “What? I’m so excited to send you guys whatever kind of messages you want. You’re looking for a birthday shoutout? I got you. You want to just say, ‘What’s up?’ I’m about to give you Lala so hit me up.”

For a personal video, Lala is charging $250 while her professional clips cost $5,000.

While Lala may be in the midst of creating a new life for herself as a single mom without the help of Randall, she’s still got plenty to celebrate. Not only did she recently launch a new beauty line, but she’s also just celebrated the three-year anniversary of her sobriety.

“Today marks 3 years of sobriety. I can’t believe it. I’m beyond grateful for this path that God & my late father placed in front of me. I’m grateful for my sober coach & my sponsor who I consider angels. I’m grateful for the program & the men and women who have shared their stories so honestly, giving me hope and inspiration to continue to never pick up a drink again. It is one day at a time, but I will say, I have never felt so strong in my sobriety. It’s the proudest thing I have ever done, aside from becoming a mother. My first priority is always my sobriety. It comes before everything- because without it, I am of no use. I love you all so much. I hope you know that,” she wrote on October 23, along with a photo of herself holding a crown on her head.

As Lala celebrated on Instagram, Randall took to his Instagram Story, via Us Weekly, where he shared a photo of a balloon display purchased for Lala.

“Congrats on 3 years!” he wrote in the caption.
