Kathy Hilton claims she never sent a cease and desist to her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate and longtime friend, Lisa Rinna.
Following rumors of a meltdown in Aspen and refusals to film certain scenes, Kathy spoke out, via her representatives, about the recent reports as an insider claimed she’s skipped out on a number of cast events.
On February 11, Kathy’s reps told Radar Online that Kathy “has not sent a C&D to Rinna” and that she “filmed all day [Thursday].” In addition, insiders revealed that despite the rumors, Kathy and Lisa are actually on great terms with one another.
According to the report, Lisa was at Kathy’s side after she allegedly acted out against a rude employee at the member’s only Caribou Club in Aspen and shouted about “white privilege,” which her reps denied, and Lisa then accompanied the RHOBH “friend” back to where they were staying after the supposed incident.
Although Kathy’s reps claimed she filmed all day on Thursday of last week, a report shared by the Queens of Bravo on Instagram on Sunday suggested in an Instagram Story that Kathy has been avoiding group events with the women.
“Kathy did NOT show up to the finale, [Garcelle Beauvais]’s party on [Friday], or [Erika Jayne]’s hair launch on [Wednesday],” podcaster Zack Peter tweeted on February 13. “Seems she’s avoiding the cast events. She filmed [with] Rinna on [Thursday] afternoon for about an hour, then a ‘source’ told Radar, they’re ‘all good.’ Rinna’s IG Story suggested otherwise.”
In said Instagram Story, Lisa was seen reacting to a statement shared by Bravo RHOBH on Instagram.
“Season finale filming last night. Kathy Hilton has ran for the hills. But when you learn why… you’re going to be shocked,” the fan page teased.
And in Lisa’s reaction, she seemingly added the messages, via Queens of Bravo, “This was the table last night,” and “OOF,” which appeared to be a direct response to Kathy’s alleged absence.
As fans may have seen, Lisa hinted that she’d been sent a cease and desist amid filming on the new episodes of RHOBH in a since-deleted Instagram Story post last week.
“Oh damn are we back to cease and desist?” she asked at the time.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 is expected to premiere sometime this spring or summer on Bravo.
