Brittany Cartwright isn’t selling her belongings on Instagram, despite statements made by a page claiming to be her.
In a couple of new posts shared to her social media page, the Vanderpump Rules alum is calling out the Shop Brittany Closet account after the page shared photos of items she was supposedly selling and reportedly asked for donations for her son Cruz’s college fund, seemingly in an effort to scam fans.
“Going to post this temporarily so people aren’t conned into thinking this is really me! This is not me I am not selling anything and if I did decide to I would share it myself! Love you guys, sorry people do this. Please help block and report @shop_brittany_closet sheesh,” Brittany wrote in a post shared on April 27, which included a screenshot of a message she wrote on her Instagram Story.
“This is not me!!!! I am not selling anything, if I did decide to I will post it myself so you know it’s me,” Brittany said in the Story. “Unfortunately people are rude and bored. Do not buy from them thinking it’s me. They did this because Jax made a page (that’s 100% him — but this is not me!) It’s unfortunate people are this immature but I wanted you guys to be aware.”
Meanwhile, on husband Jax Taylor’s Instagram Story, he posted a series of videos of Cruz’s nursery at their $1.9 million Valley Village home.
“[Home on Point] does it once again…” Jax wrote in the caption of his clip, which showcased Cruz’s bedroom and the many toys he keeps.
Continuing on with his tour of his son’s nursery, Jax took his fans and followers into Cruz’s closet, which featured cubbies filled with storage boxes and shoes, as well as red letters spelling out the child’s name.
While rumors have been swirling in regard to the potential Pump Rules returns of Brittany and Jax, who confirmed their exits from the show in December 2020, Lisa Vanderpump recently addressed those reports, saying that she has not heard of any such idea.
“I don’t think we’re there yet,” she told E! News. “So I’m not saying we won’t be one day. But no, I can’t validate those rumors.”
