Traci Lynn Johnson wasn’t seen on the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 reunion even though she was featured on the episodes in a “friend” role.
After joining the cast as a friend of Melissa Gorga and taking on Teresa Giudice over her ongoing family drama, Traci was noticeably absent from the three-part reunion, which concluded earlier this week. However, while she didn’t play a major role in the special, she was spotted at the taping.
“RHONJ Bye Traci! The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12 just concluded, but there was no sign of new cast member Traci Lynn Johnson. The Season 12 new friend of was axed from the reunion which all but confirms [rumors] that she will not be returning next season,” the Real Housewives Zone declared in a post shared to Instagram.
As the fan page noted, Traci was well-received by fans when she offered support to Jennifer Aydin, whose husband Bill Aydin‘s affair was revealed on the premiere. And they also seemed to be impressed with the way Traci seemingly gave an even playing field to Melissa and Teresa. But after Traci began taking on Teresa, many turned against her.
“As the episodes progressed, when Traci began inserting herself between the Gorgas and Teresa’s fight and began making snide remarks against Teresa, fans turned on her and producers clearly noticed by editing her out of the Season 12 reunion,” the outlet suspected.
Although many fans of RHONJ didn’t see Traci at all during the reunion, she actually did take a seat next to host Andy Cohen and the ladies.
In a series of photos of the episode shared by Queens of Bravo on Instagram, one of which was a zoomed-in version of the other, Traci was seen sitting alongside Melissa in a gold dress with her long hair crimped.
“I found Traci!!!” the fan page announced, along with a magnifying glass emoji.
In the comments section of the post, some viewers admitted that Traci wasn’t missed.
“I forgot all about her!” one person said.
“Lol who is Traci?” another asked.
“I totally forgot about her dizzy self,” admitted a third.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 is expected to go into production later this month.
