Lala Kent has seemingly clapped back at former fiancé Randall Emmett, who said last week that he hopes she will “stop talking about him” now that she has someone new in her life.
Days after the director and producer, 51, shaded the Vanderpump Rules cast member for discussing him at “every opportunity she gets,” Lala, 32, posted what appeared to be a shady dig at her ex-partner, suggesting that she will continue to speak of him until she and their daughter Ocean, 19 months, are “safe.”
“Side note: I’ll move on with my life when I know my daughter and her future are safe,” Lala wrote on her Instagram Story on October 21, via Us Weekly.
In a statement shared with Us Weekly last week, via Randall’s rep, a message declared, “Randall is happy Lala is having other relationships. He hopes this will help her move on with her life and find peace.”
Randall’s statement came just days after Lala revealed on Jeff Lewis Live that she “might be in love with someone.”
“We’ve hung out like, literally, that was the third time. We had a lot of fun,” Lala shared during an episode of the SiriusXM Radio show earlier this month. “I love his brain. He’s very smart. His face doesn’t match what comes out of his mouth. He’s a unicorn.”
Lala also discussed her new man at BravoCon, telling Andy Cohen that she’s been “having a lot of sex,” but confirming to Us Weekly that fans “won’t see me, like, dating” on Pump Rules. Instead, she added, they’ll see the “first boy I slept with since my last relationship.”
In other Pump Rules news, Lala celebrated her four-year sobriety anniversary over the weekend with a visit to a pumpkin patch with her brother, Easton, her mother, Lisa Burningham, and her daughter.
“Today marks 4 years of sobriety. The weekend was full of love [and] support. Being present for my daughter… that part is priceless. I’m grateful, [and] extremely humbled by each birthday that passes. But y’all, I am proooooud! Hell yessss, Lala. You better work, girl,” she proclaimed.
Vanderpump Rules season 10 is expected to premiere on Bravo later this year or in early 2023.
