David Beador has officially called off his divorce from wife Lesley Beador, formerly Lesley Cook.
Following a number of ups and downs between the couple in recent weeks, the former Real Housewives of Orange County star, who was previously married to Shannon Beador, filed a request to dismiss his petition to end their two-year marriage in the Superior Court of California County of Orange last Friday.
According to the documents obtained by PEOPLE on October 26, David requested his previous petition be dismissed without prejudice.
David’s filing came just days after Shannon flew to New York City to attend BravoCon, where she told fans she believed David and Lesley, who wed on October 15, 2020, and share 20-month-old daughter Anna Love, were back together after a brief split in September.
“I think they’re back together,” she said at the “Oh Say Can You OC?” panel event. “She just posted a video of them going out to dinner, and he slowly rolled his arm to show a wedding band.”
Last month, on September 15, David filed for divorce from Lesley after 23 months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences and requesting joint legal and physical custody of Anna. But days later, Lesley took to her Instagram Story to say that her spouse had “filed a request for dismissal” days prior.
Then, one week after her post, Lesley returned to Instagram, where she told her followers that she would be filing for divorce from David.
“I am filing for divorce,” Lesley announced on September 27. “While this is not what I would have ever expected, it is what is best. I value myself and the happiness and well being of my children. I am so grateful for a tremendous circle of friends and family who support me. Looking forward to a bright and happy future with my beautiful kiddos.”
It was also reported that Lesley’s ex-husband, Eriks Pukke, filed a restraining order against David on August 22. The restraining order was set to expire on September 14, however, it was extended at Eriks’ attorney’s request.
Earlier this month, David’s attorney confirmed the civil harassment case to Page Six, noting that the case was expected to be dismissed during a final hearing on October 11 after all parties came to an agreement.
In recent weeks, David and Lesley have been seen spending family time with their daughter in Montana.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime in early 2023.
