Kathryn Dennis is facing eviction for the third time this year.

After failing to pay over $9,000 in rent earlier this year and later being hit with a second Rule to Vacate, the Southern Charm cast member is once again in jeopardy of losing her home after falling behind on her payments yet again.

On December 5, The U.S. Sun revealed Kathryn was served with a Rule to Vacate notice on November 17 by East Bay Apartments, who accused her of “non-payment of rent.”

The outlet also confirmed Kathryn has not yet responded to the filing.

Previously, a Charleston County court clerk informed The U.S. Sun that the owners of Kathryn’s former apartment complex, Mt Pleasant Investments LLC, filed a Rule to Vacate notice against her on March 16 after she skipped her $4,626 payments for February and March, which totaled $9,252.

Kathryn had been living at Mt Pleasant Investments LLCs’s WestEdge Apartments with ex-boyfriend Chleb Ravenell, who she split from in late 2021.

Although the initial notice was settled, Kathryn faced a second complaint on May 17, which she settled in the following months.

According to Kathryn’s current community’s website, East Bay Apartments start at $1,640 a month for a studio apartment with one bathroom and go up to $6,500 for a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse. Meanwhile, their two-bedroom, two-bathroom options start at $2,725.

“Nestled in a garden deep in the heart of Charleston you’ll find an intimate enclave full of modern luxuries and amenities. With touches of history infused with modern details, it is truly where timeless and modern meet,” the website says in a description of their complex.

News of Kathryn’s potentially impending eviction comes amid her years-long custody battle with Thomas Ravenel, the father of her two kids, Kensington, 8, and Saint, 6. As Southern Charm fans will recall, Thomas won full custody of the children in February of last year after accusing Kathryn of drug use, unfit parenting, and leaving their children home alone, which Kathryn denied.

Thomas also said Kathryn wasn’t getting Kensington and Saint to school on time, and he claimed they were often returned to him looking “filthy and unkempt,” which Kathryn also denied. Thomas also accused Kathryn of having just $11 in her bank account.

Kathryn has supervised visitation with Kensington and Saint every other weekend.

Southern Charm season nine is expected to go into production sometime early next year.
