Kyle Richards is taking her fitness to the “next level” as she prepares for the start of production on the upcoming 13th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills — and it shows.
Weeks after the longtime reality star’s husband, Buying Beverly Hills realtor Mauricio Umansky, spoke of her “sexier” new look, revealing she’d been “working out every single day,” Kyle took to her Instagram Story, where she showed off her new frame in a series of gym pics.
“One of my goals for 2023 is to take my fitness to the next level,” she captioned her first pic, which featured her lifting a weight.
Then, with her second pic, which featured Kyle from behind, she said the gym, located at her $8.25 million home in Encino, California, is “where you can find me for the foreseeable future.”
While appearing on the December 20 episode of Real Housewives producer Carlos King‘s podcast, Reality with the King, Mauricio was asked for an update on his wife following the dramatic 12th season of RHOBH, which saw a fallout between her and her sister, Kathy Hilton.
“She’s taking some much-needed time off, she’s relaxing, she’s chilling, she’s in her happy place, doing a lot of walking, [and] getting herself into shape,” Mauricio revealed.
Mauricio then said that when it came to Kyle’s physique, she was looking “sexier” than ever.
“I’ll tell you, when you guys see her, you’ve never seen a better, sexier Kyle than on the next season. She’s just been working out every single day. She’s in such good shape, and mentally, she’s getting a lot better,” he teased.
As RHOBH fans may recall, it was confirmed months ago that Kyle had undergone a breast reduction. While appearing on a June episode of Watch What Happens Live, Kyle was caught off-guard when host Andy Cohen accidentally leaked the news of her plastic surgery.
“How’s the breast reduction working out?” Andy asked Kyle on the WWHL: After Show.
“Oh thank you for letting everyone know Andy, thank you,” Kyle replied, noting she had not yet “talked about it” the surgery publicly.
Kyle then explained that when it came to her breast reduction surgery, she opted to go under the knife so she’d never have to wear a bra again.
“I never had implants. I had DDs, no implants. I still don’t have an implant but I went in and I said, ‘I want smaller boobs and I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again in my life,’” she shared. “So I have smaller boobs … [And] I will never wear a bra ever again, ever. Ever.”
Kyle has also had a nose job.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is expected to begin filming sometime later this month.
