Kathryn Dennis has been hit with eviction papers yet again.

After facing a series of Rule to Evacuate notices last year, including two at the apartment she shared with now-ex-boyfriend Chleb Ravenell, the Southern Charm alum, who reportedly turned down a “guest” role on season nine after being fired from her full-time position months ago, is being sued by East Bay Apartments.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on March 15, the luxury apartment complex filed its case against Kathryn on March 8, demanding she vacate her apartment immediately.

As Southern Charm fans may know, Kathryn has been hit with a whopping four Rule to Evacuate notices in just over a year. She was sued twice in 2022, although both cases were ultimately dismissed.

In an additional report from The U.S. Sun, it was noted that Kathryn, who launched a $14.99 per month OnlyFans account in January after her alleged firing, has resorted to asking her friends to borrow money in the wake of her financial hardships.

As the outlet explained, Kathryn is expected to relocate from her current residence, where apartments go for $1,640 to $2,725 per month, after being hit with her second Rule to Vacate at the location (the first was filed on November 17, 2022, but it was later dismissed).

Before that, Mt Pleasant Investments LLC filed two Rule to Vacate notices against her, one on March 16, 2022, due to missed payments totaling $9,252, and a second on May 17.

“Kathryn is not doing well financially, and she’s telling friends she’s having to move house after being threatened with eviction a number of times,” an insider said of the former reality star. “I heard last week she was putting belongings into storage and trying to work out where to go, it’ll probably be near her family or nearer to the kids in Aiken.”

“Kathryn has since been asking to borrow money from friends. It is really bad, she needs to get her life together. If she’d have been better behaved on the show and nicer to the cast and crew while filming she probably wouldn’t have been axed,” they continued. “She is still doing her OnlyFans but it doesn’t make that much money, so it’s likely she’ll have to get a job soon.”

While Kathryn seemed to launch her OnlyFans account in an effort to garner income, she hasn’t been very active on the site. Instead, she’s only shared 14 messages and 17 media items since its launch. And her latest post, shared on March 11, garnered just 10 “likes.”

Kathryn’s response to East Bay Apartments’ case against her has not yet been filed, according to Radar.

Southern Charm season nine is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
