Kathryn Dennis just scored a major win in court.

After being hit with her third eviction case this year due to nonpayment on her luxury apartment in Charleston, South Carolina, in November, the Southern Charm star was able to avoid being thrown out of her home — at least for now.

On December 13, The U.S. Sun revealed a judge dismissed the case against Kathryn, 31, without prejudice, which means that her apartment complex, East Bay Apartments, could sue her again.

Although a court clerk was not able to share whether or not Kathryn paid her past due rent payments, it was noted that the reality star had been served with a Rule to Vacate notice for “non-payment of rent” on November 17.

The complex offers homes ranging from $1,640 a month for a studio apartment to $6,500 a month for a three-bedroom townhouse.

“Nestled in a garden deep in the heart of Charleston you’ll find an intimate enclave full of modern luxuries and amenities. With touches of history infused with modern details, it is truly where timeless and modern meet,” their website explains.

As Southern Charm fans may recall, Kathryn was faced with two previous Rule to Vacate notices earlier this year for her former WestEdge apartment, which she shared with ex-boyfriend Chleb Ravenell prior to their November 2021 split.

According to a clerk for Charleston County, the owner of Kathryn’s previous complex, Mt Pleasant Investments LLC, filed a Rule to Vacate notice against her on March 16 after she missed $4,626 payments in both February and March, for a total of $9,252. And while that case was later settled, she was hit with a second Rule to Vacate on May 17.

On June 2, that case was also settled.

In recent years, Kathryn has been in the midst of a custody battle with Thomas Ravenel, the father of her two kids, Kensington, 8, and Saint, 6. And in February of last year, Thomas won full custody of the children after accusing Kathryn of drug abuse and being an unfit mother, which she denied.

Thomas also accused Kathryn of being “broke” with just $11 in her bank account.

Following the hearing, Kathryn took to her Instagram Story, where she reshared a post from her attorney, Clay Hopkins, a trial lawyer at the Hopkins Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina.

“Midnight justice oil,” Clay wrote in the caption of his courthouse post.
