Kroy Biermann is asking the court to have estranged wife Kim Zolciak psychologically tested.

As the former Don’t Be Tardy couple’s divorce continues to heat up, with her recently requesting he be drug-tested, Kroy has filed documents asking for Kim to undergo a psychological evaluation and accusing her of leaving them “financially devastated” with her alleged gambling habit.

“[Kim has] presented very troubling behavior which has accelerated in the months leading up to Petitioner’s filing for divorce” and is “unable to properly care for the children,” his court documents, obtained by Us Weekly on May 22, explained.

Kim and Kroy share four minor children, including Kroy “KJ” Jagger, 11, Kash Kade, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, and two older kids, Brielle Biermann, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21, who Kroy adopted in 2013.

According to Kroy’s docs, Kim has reportedly been “spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance,” which “has financially devastated the parties.”

“[Kim’s] time is so consumed with online gambling” that she cannot give proper care to their children, he continued, along with proof of thousands of dollars in checks and bank withdrawals.

As fans may have heard, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum alleged in her own court documents earlier this month that Kroy should be tested for drugs — and that she’s concerned about the safety of their family.

After claiming she saw Kroy “smoking marijuana,” Kim wrote in her paperwork that she has “serious concerns for the safety and well being of the minor children while in Respondent’s care” and is “fearful that the children will be exposed to Respondent’s drug use.”

While Kroy and Kim have continued to live together in the weeks since they filed for divorce, Kroy wants the “exclusive, temporary and permanent use and possession of the marital residence,” and he requested, in another set of documents, that Kim “be restrained and enjoined from coming” to the home after she moves out.

Kroy even requested the court grant him primary legal and physical custody of their kids.

Prior to the news of Kroy’s latest filing, it was reported that he and Kim owe the IRS $1.1 million in back taxes and $15,000 to the state of Georgia.

The ex-couple also faced foreclosure earlier this year.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
