As the Real Housewives of Atlanta exes continue to live together at their Georgia mansion, all while slinging mud at one another through court documents with claims of drug use, a gambling addiction, and abuse, as their friends grow concerned about how the situation, and their ongoing fighting, is impacting their four minor children.
“Their friends are saying enough is enough,” a source told Radar Online on June 23. “These kids don’t deserve it. All they want is for their parents to stop fighting.”
As RHOA fans will recall, Kim and Kroy, who wed in November 2011, share four young children, including, Kroy “KJ” Jagger, 12, Kash Kade, 11, and 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane, and two adult daughters, Brielle Biermann, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21, who Kroy adopted in 2013.
“The situation is an absolute travesty,” the insider continued. “Kim and Kroy are living on different sides of the home but still yell and scream at each other. The feeling is they’re both at fault. Kim’s being petty, and Kroy’s being a jerk — but it’s not healthy for their kids.”
As Kim and Kroy’s legal battle rages on, with Kroy asking the court to force Kim to undergo a psychological evaluation weeks ago, Kroy has recently accused the RHOA cast member of a “kidnapping.”
As the estranged couple made five 911 calls to the police department in Milton, Georgia, on June 16, Kroy suggested Kim was attempting a kidnapping as she told cops he stole one of her bags.
As revealed in a June 23 report from Radar Online, the calls for an apparent domestic dispute, which is believed to have occurred in front of Kim and Kroy’s kids, came just two days after Kim requested a judge force Kroy to vacate their shared property (he did the same in court documents of his own).
According to the report, the first call came in at 6:24 p.m., but the “person” immediately “disconnected.” Then, one minute later, a call mentioned a potential “domestic” incident, but no other details were confirmed.
A third call came in from Kim at 6:27 p.m., during which Kroy accused her of a kidnapping plot.
“Son was dropped off with a woman named Aleese,” the report revealed. “Husband said he was filing kidnapping for his son going to the rodeo.”
A few seconds after that, Kim said her “husband stole (a) bag.” And one minute later, another call came from someone who said they don’t “need police at this time and will call back.”
As Radar Online noted, it is unknown if the officers responded to the calls.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
