Melissa Gorga and her husband, Joe Gorga, are putting the finishing touches on their recently-completed home in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
Nearly a year after the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple moved into the 5,000-square-foot mansion after selling their former home in Montville for $2.5 million in December 2020, Melissa took to her Instagram page, where she shared a series of photos of the artwork she and Joe recently added to several rooms of their house.
“Finally picked some glam/fun artwork!” Melissa announced in the caption of an August 6 post. “[These Fine Walls] is a curated selection of photographs by artists from around the world! I’m in love!”
In the first photo shared by Melissa, her and Joe’s stunning living room was featured, boasting a piece of artwork on each side of its large window.
Melissa shared another image that gave a close-up look at her and Joe’s bar, which has a piece of art hanging on the wall above their sink and a selection of liquor bottles.
In the dining room, a black and white photograph with highlights in lime green is seen beyond Melissa and Joe’s large table and modern light fixture.
Melissa’s final photo gave her online audience a look inside her and Joe’s master bedroom, which featured a piece of art next to their fireplace of a woman with dark lipstick covering her face with a hand covered in sparkles.
After sharing several looks at her home, of spaces including her modern, white kitchen, her home office, and her resort-like backyard, which features a swimming pool and cabanas, Melissa, who was criticized for the exterior of the home’s bland appearance for months, confirmed, via photos, that her property had undergone more changes in June.
“Finally finished,” she declared in an Instagram post. “I’m so happy I found Dan [and Plan Architecture, LLC] so that when we could FINALLY resubmit our plans after all the COVID chaos that my true vision for this house could come to life… [Joe Gorga] I know you wanted to kill me but I’m so grateful for you to make this happen so soon after moving in.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 is expected to go into production sometime later this month.
