Kim Zolciak took to her Instagram Story on Friday to declare that she is not going anywhere amid her estranged husband Kroy Biermann‘s efforts to sell their Georgia home.
While also suggesting that she and Kroy, 37, are “working on [their] marriage” following his second divorce filing, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 45, shared a video from inside the $3 million property — just after a process server was reportedly told that she no longer lives there.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on September 8, a process server attempted to deliver paperwork to Kim concerning a $150,000 lawsuit against her, filed as a result of an overdue balance to Saks, on Thursday but was informed that she no longer lives there by an unidentified man who said he “just purchased the property.”
However, despite the claim, Kroy’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, told TMZ there was no way that Kim had moved out of the home, pointing out that she has tons of belongings at the residence. And, a short time later, Kim’s social media update was shared.
“I’m living here not going anywhere! Been working on our marriage and have been living as husband and wife. The lies daily are too much,” she wrote with a clip recorded in her closet, where rows upon rows of designer shoes were seen.

Kim and Kroy first split earlier this year but decided to get back together in June. Since then, they have allegedly broken up again. However, while Kroy re-filed documents to end their marriage, she has been seen with her wedding ring on, and even told paparazzi during a recent outing in Los Angeles that they “probably” were not getting divorced.
Still, despite Kim’s apparent move to remain together, Kroy has insisted that their breakup is still on.
“No, at this time, he is still moving forward with the divorce action,” his attorney confirmed at the end of last month.
Kim and Kroy share four kids, including Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, and Kroy is the adoptive father of Kim’s two adult children, Brielle Biermann, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21.
