Stassi Schroeder Shares Plans to Move From Hollywood Hills, Says The Valley is "Not [Her] Vibe," and Teases TV Return, Plus Talks Jax or Kristen and If She'd Appear on House of Villains

Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark are growing out of their $1.7 million mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

Four years after purchasing the 2,900-square-foot 1920s Mediterranean-style home, the Vanderpump Rules alum, 35, who welcomed her second child in September 2023, opened up about why she and Beau, 43, need to move while also sharing her thoughts on The Valley, offering updates on her relationships with Jax Taylor, 44, and Kristen Doute, 40, and more.

“I love [my house]. I wake up happy and I’m like ‘Oh my gosh I love this house so much.’ But there’s just, no [room],” Stassi explained on a recent episode of SiriusXM Radio’s Jeff Lewis Live, asking host Jeff Lewis, 53, “Are you gonna help with that?”

“Beau brought up Tarzana yesterday. He was like, ‘Look at these places. You can still live in the Hills.’ Because I love a view, it just does something for my mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Like, I love a f*cking view, but I know I need a yard and so he said, ‘In Tarzana, you can have both!’” she shared. “I feel like next year is when I’ll be ready to make this move. 2024, no. I also still want to hold onto this house a little bit longer.”

While Stassi may be considering moving to The Valley, that doesn’t mean she’s open to joining a future season of The Valley, the latest spinoff of Pump Rules.

“No, no, no … I know what I’m doing. Trust that I have a vision for myself and my life and a vision for what my family’s life is going to be like, and it doesn’t f*cking involve The Valley,” she stated. “The Valley, it’s just like Vanderpump Rules all over again. People betraying each other. It’s not my vibe.”

“I’m good right now. [But] I don’t think that reality TV is over for me,” she continued. “I think at some point there will be something that aligns with where I’m at and I feel good about it and I want to do it.”

Though Jax recently appeared on House of Villains, Stassi said she would not participate in the series and also shared that she won’t do The Traitors.

“I don’t want to do House of f*cking Villains. No one’s listening to me!” she yelled.

When Jeff then requested “tea” about The Valley, Stassi declined, saying, “It’s not my place. I’m not involved,” and complaining about the many questions she was getting about the topics.

“When am I gonna be able to move past people asking me about Vanderpump and The Valley? Honestly, it’s gonna go on. I’m preparing myself for a full year. Because then it’s fair. People are wondering. I understand. But I haven’t been a part of this world for four years,” she pointed out.

Years after being fired from Pump Rules for racist behavior, Stassi said she’s no longer close with Jax or Kristen. After saying, “no,” when asked about Jax, Stassi confirmed she’s also “not close with Kristen.”

“We’re friendly. We text every now and then, but then that’s kind of it,” she clarified.

Also on Jeff’s radio show, after saying she “was one of the first” to launch her own podcast, Straight Up With Stassi, and noting that she’s been doing it for nine years, Stassi looked back on her romance with Beau.

“We started slow,” she recalled. “I have always been like you, Jeff, like where I rush into everything. I’m so intense in the relationship, like, we move in together within like, two weeks. And if you look at my track record, not so great. And with Beau, I did everything differently.”

Vanderpump Rules season 11 premieres Tuesday at 8/7c on Bravo.
