Alexia Nepola and her estranged husband, Todd Nepola, have reportedly ceased communication.

On the heels of the 57-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star’s appearance on Tamra Judge, 56, and Teddi Mellencamp‘s podcast, where Alexia confirmed they had hooked up post-split and revealed they were attending couples therapy in hopes of mending their relationship, an insider claims she and Todd, 51, are no longer speaking.

“Todd and Alexia are not on speaking terms at the moment after the podcast,” a source told Us Weekly on June 17. “They hit a bump in the road. But she is still holding on to hope that they’re going to save their marriage.”

As RHOM fans may have heard, Alexia discussed her and Todd’s marriage on the June 15 episode of Two Ts In A Pod.

“We’ve gone to therapy. We’re doing couples therapy,” she said, noting that they had “of course” slept together since he filed for divorce in April.

“We’ve done it all. We love each other. We’re super into each other. It’s not because of that,” she shared.

Following Todd’s divorce filing earlier this year, Alexia took to her Instagram account, where she admitted to being “shocked and heartbroken” over the decision. Since then, she has maintained her “deep” desire to fix their marriage.

“I’m madly in love with him and I would want it to work out, so that’s why it’s so difficult,” she explained to Tamra and Teddi, 42, days ago. “There’s a lot there, a lot to unpack. But, again, I feel that being in the public eye is so much harder and I think that’s one of the reasons that he’s struggling with it. … He does not like [being in the public eye], no.”

Continuing on, saying that she still feels “blindsided” by Todd’s decision, Alexia admitted that communication has been an issue between her and Todd.

“I just believe that we have to have better communication. I think we’re both strong people and I think that we struggle with the way that we communicate,” she said.

“For me, [the marriage] was working,” she added. “I just thought that there were typical fights and problems that every couple has. But, it’s not how much you fight or how hard you fight, it’s being able to work through those fights and finding resolution and I think that’s where we have our biggest challenge.”

No word yet on when The Real Housewives of Miami season seven will begin filming.
