A reported mutual friend of Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, has come forward with shocking claims against her amid their bitter divorce.
Recalling an “agitated” conversation with the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, during which she allegedly threatened “dirty games” as she attempted to extort PK, 58, out of $100,000, Justin Levine, who has known Dorit and PK for many years, detailed his efforts to serve as a mediator between the former couple.
According to a declaration Justin filed and TMZ obtained on May 12, he spoke to Dorit on the phone in April, hoping to help her and PK reach an agreement on their $6.5 million home.
“During the call, [Dorit] became highly agitated before I was able to complete my explanation of the purpose of the call. While she has previously expressed frustration, this conversation was notably different in both tone and intensity,” he described.
Continuing on, Justin said Dorit allegedly told him to write down her demands and give them to PK, noting that if they weren’t met, she’d “disclose private information” about him to the public.
Among her demands was a request for PK to send her two installments of $50,000 each for bills related to their kids, 12-year-old Jagger and 10-year-old Phoenix.
Dorit also allegedly made it clear that if she received the money, she wouldn’t pursue any “dirty games.”
During another moment of their conversation, Justin reportedly confronted Dorit about the $1 million PK accused her of spending on luxury items, including designer clothing and travel expenses, which resulted in Dorit becoming “increasingly hostile.”
After Dorit blamed contractual obligations with Bravo as the reason for her spending, noting that certain “expenditures were necessary for her career,” Justin encouraged her to give PK a heads up about international travel with their children.
“[I’m] not going to ask a f***ing thing,” Dorit allegedly replied.
As Dorit and PK’s divorce continues, he’s making moves to convince the court to allow him to put their home on the market, accusing Dorit of spending outrageous amounts of money while refusing to pay the mortgage on the home she’s living in, which is in jeopardy of foreclosure.
