Dorit Kemsley reportedly allowed her kids’ passports to expire ahead of planned travel with their dad, Paul “PK” Kemsley.
While also allegedly ignoring the financial crisis she and PK, 58, are currently facing, which includes an impending foreclosure on their Los Angeles home, the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is accused of failing to renew the passports of 12-year-old Jagger and 10-year-old Phoenix before taking off to Europe without them.
According to court documents shared by TMZ on July 15, PK’s attorney sent an email to Dorit’s lawyer on July 7, stating that despite Dorit suggesting she wanted to take Jagger and Phoenix with her to Europe, and although she knew of PK’s upcoming travel plans with them, she let their passports expire.
The court documents also alleged that Dorit did not tell PK that the kids would be going to Florida with their nanny to visit her parents during her time in Europe, nor did she inform him of a return date or parenting schedule, which makes it impossible for him to make plans with them.
PK’s attorney demanded to know the status of both passport renewals, Dorit’s return date, and details about the children’s care in Florida. In turn, Dorit’s attorney fired back in an email stating that they would provide a detailed response after dealing with other matters.
Amid their legal drama, Dorit has been enjoying time in Paris, France, where she was treated to a birthday dinner with friends near the Eiffel Tower on Tuesday night.
