Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak‘s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is asking a judge to keep her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, away from his daughters.
After his own estranged partner, Jillian Green, insisted that Kroy, 41, was not dangerous, noting that the former NFL player had previously been awarded full custody of his own kids, Kyle requested the court intervene, insisting that Kroy is unpredictable and that his children are at risk.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on September 29, Kyle is worried about what Kroy may be capable of and fears he could harm the kids he shares with Jillian.
In the same documents, Kyle accused Jillian of lying about the nature of her relationship with Kroy for months, claiming she filed documents as part of their divorce that contained “untruths,” but insisted he was unbothered by the romance itself.
He went on to deny cheating on Jillian with Kim, saying it was actually Jillian who cheated amid a trip to Las Vegas in 2024, which she confessed to in a deposition.
Months after Kim confirmed her romance with Kyle in late 2025, amid his six-figure divorce battle with Jillian, Kroy was spotted getting close to Jillian and continued to spend time with Kyle’s estranged wife in the months that followed, most recently being seen making out in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Days after their latest outing, Kim and Kyle reacted to the coupling during an interview with TMZ. At the time, Kim admitted to being “very worried” about Kyle and Jillian’s daughters and suggested Kroy was using Jillian.
“[I] provided for Kroy for 10 years solely … [he] just wants another, be a kept man,” she alleged.
During the same discussion, Kim said that she and Kyle met “through a friend” and started dating a few months after that.
“He loves my kids so much. And my kids love him, and I think that’s super important. And he’s just my best friend. We’ve been through a lot together. So it’s only up from here,” Kim gushed. “He supports me … [and has been] a very big help.”
As RHOA fans well know, Kim and Kroy are currently facing a family crisis involving their oldest son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann, Jr., who was hit with sexual assault claims earlier this year and has since been accused of filming sex with a family member under the age of 12.
