There’s more drama for estranged couple Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley amid their ongoing divorce battle.

The latest involves PK being caught on video hitting his neighbor’s car as Dorit accuses her estranged husband of failing to pay several crucial bills at their $6.5 million home in an email sent last month.

According to a new TMZ report, a video from May 12 shows PK driving his new $120,000 Range Rover out onto the street before hitting the Toyota RAV4 belonging to his neighbor’s caregiver. Even more, PK reportedly drove off as if nothing had happened despite allegedly causing some physical damage to the car.

PK, whose car also had a dent, later gave a statement as he claimed he was originally unaware he had hit the car.

PK stated, “I genuinely thought the new Range Rover had automatically braked for me. It wasn’t until I got home and noticed the world’s tiniest mark on my car that I realized I’d very gently nudged the neighbor’s bumper. I went over, apologized, and offered to pay. Entirely my fault. Although, in fairness, trying to reverse while subconsciously searching for paparazzi hiding in bushes is probably not recommended by Land Rover.”

Meanwhile, as PK, 58, continues with his efforts to convince the court to allow him to sell the property, where Dorit and their two kids, 12-year-old son Jagger and 10-year-old daughter Phoenix, reside, the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s past email has been leaked, confirming that Dorit alleged that PK was using “financial gamesmanship” amid their divorce.

TMZ obtained the April 15 email from Dorit’s team after PK submitted it to the court.

“First and foremost,” it read, “contrary to PK’s representations, Dorit has always been agreeable to placing the house on the market as long as reasonable protections are in place.”

According to the email, Dorit needed “adequate financial support,” including an immediate payment of $50,000.

“PK readily admits that he can pay the mortgage, however, he simply does not want to do so because he wants to starve out his spouse to force a sale of the home where his children live. PK’s intentional use of financial gamesmanship has placed Dorit and the children in a constant state of uncertainty by design,” the email went on.

Additionally, Dorit’s attorney said that PK had “left the gas, the electricity, the internet, and other essential services unpaid for an extended period of time,” forcing Dorit to make payments to avoid disruption.

Meanwhile, sources close to the case scoffed at the email, stating that PK paid the bills for the home for years and only quit doing so recently due to Dorit’s excessive spending, which allegedly totaled over $1 million on luxury expenses, as she refused to pay the mortgage for her home, which is nearing foreclosure.
