RHOC Jim Bellino vs Tamra Judge lawsuit plus Sidney Barney

Tamra Judge‘s strained relationship with her oldest child, daughter Sidney Barney, has been spotlighted in her ongoing legal battle with Jim Bellino, who is suing Tamra and her Real Housewives of Orange County co-star Shannon Beador for defamation.

Ahead of the parties’ court appearance later this week, Jim filed new court documents against Tamra in which he accused the reality star of “pursuing for years a personal agenda to prolong her reality show career and notoriety at any cost, and at the expense of others.”

Radar Online shared the court documents with readers on December 3.

According to the report, Tamra’s daughter once complained that she “puts herself, her fame, her reputation and her bank account before me” and said “the character keeps her relevant, and is her storyline.”

In his November 21 documents, Jim included those quotes from Sidney in hopes of further proving his case against Tamra and Shannon.

As fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County may recall, Sidney made her statements against Tamra last August on Facebook after Tamra was seen talking about their relationship on the show, which Sidney requested she not do.

In response to Sidney’s comments, Tamra attempted to defend herself, telling her fans and followers, “I love my daughter and I would NEVER abuse, hurt or neglect her in any way.”

During the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion, Tamra was again seen speaking about her estrangement from Sidney as she told her co-stars she was continuing to reach out to her daughter in hopes of making amends.

Jim first filed a lawsuit against Tamra and Shannon in July after they labeled him a “shady mother***er” and claimed he was going to jail on Heather McDonald’s podcast.

While Tamra has requested the case against her be thrown out, a judge has yet to dismiss the lawsuit.

The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion continues next Sunday night at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
