Teresa Giudice is reportedly planning to file for divorce very soon.
According to multiple reports, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star hasn’t visited her husband, Joe Giudice, who is serving a 41-month prison sentence for fraud, in a “really long time” and believes he won’t be able to stop his deportation back to Italy.
“Teresa hasn’t visited Joe in a really, really long time,” a source told the Hollywood Life. “She’s really busy with her life and kids, and it’s always been important to her to keep her kids’ lives as normal as possible and she feels it’s important for them to see their dad, but he lives far away.”
Fortunately for Joe, while Teresa stays away from visiting him, his family has been bringing his daughters “to visit on the weekends.”
Even more, Teresa, along with the couple’s eldest daughter, 18-yr-old Gia Giudice, has reportedly made peace with the fact that Joe’s fate is likely sealed when it comes to a judge’s order that he be deported back to Italy upon his release from prison next week.
“Her attitude completely changed from when he first went away until now. Joe still thinks he has a shot at not being deported, but Teresa and eldest daughter, Gia, 18 are realizing that is a reality,” the source shared. “It’s Joe’s biggest fear and worst nightmare to be deported. Teresa knows it’s most likely happening.”
Meanwhile, as Teresa continues to fuel rumors of a romance with 26-yr-old realtor Blake Schreck, another report claims that the mother of four is ready to pull the plug on her marriage, and is simply waiting until after an immigration judge makes the final ruling on husband Joe’s deportation appeal.
“Teresa is waiting for the judge to make his ruling — and then she is going to file for divorce from Joe,” an insider revealed to Radar Online. “She’s waiting for the ruling.”
According to the insider, even if the judge rules favorably on Joe’s appeal, and allows him to stay in the country, she still has plans to leave her husband.
“If he wins, it won’t happen right away, but it will happen,” the source added.
As of now, Joe is set to be released from prison on March 14 and will immediately be detained by ICE officials. Then, before being sent back to Italy, he will be confined to a detention center in The States.
As she awaits the final outcome of the appeal, Teresa has been spending plenty of time with Blake in Miami and New York City, where the alleged couple was spotted together last week.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season nine reunion will conclude on Wednesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
