Thomas Ravenel has reportedly submitted evidence in court that he believes proves his ex-girlfriend, Kathryn Dennis, “was in cahoots” with his former nanny, Dawn, who accused him of sexual assault.
According to a new report, Thomas recently filed documents which reportedly show that Kathryn was working with Dawn and her Southern Charm producers on the sexual assault case filed against him in regard to an alleged incident in December 2015.
On July 15, The Blast shared details regarding the documents filed by Thomas, explaining that Kathryn’s phone records confirm she and Dawn were in contact with one another before and on the day Dawn filed her sexual assault claims against Thomas.
Thomas said in his documents that his former nanny first made the accusations against him in 2015 because “she was upset” that he “hired an additional nanny, Diedre, to care for Kensie and Saint.” As for why Dawn waited nearly three years to make her complaint, Thomas suspected she did so to get back at him for requesting Kathryn submit a drug test amid their custody battle.
“On Sunday, May 6, 2018, I requested that Kathryn submit to a drug test in anticipation of our coming mediation to discuss changes in her visitation and child support. I needed to know she was drug free to offer her more time. The very next day …. The day I ‘made’ Kathryn submit to a drug test Dawn went to the police and filed a criminal complaint against me.”
According to Kathryn’s phone records, she and Dawn spoke twice on the day Dawn went to the police. A short time after their second chat, Kathryn called one of her Southern Charm producers.
Thomas also revealed one of Kathryn’s credit card statements included a $20,000 charge from a law firm on the day that Dawn filed her criminal complaint against him.
At the end of last year, Kathryn filed for sole custody of Kensington, five, and Saint Julien, three, the very month that Southern Charm began filming season six. According to Thomas, she likely did this because her season five storyline was based around her efforts to gain 50/50 custody of their kids and a full custody filing would be a continuation of that.
“Dawn going public and filing a criminal complaint against me was the ammunition she believed she needed to accomplish that,” he added.
Southern Charm season six airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Bravo TV.
