Police Report Reveals RHOC Star Kelly Dodd Once Fought With Another Parent at Daughter’s School, Details of Altercation Revealed

Police Report Reveals RHOC Star Kelly Dodd Once Fought With Another Parent at Daughter's School, Details of Altercation Revealed

Following a claim by Vicki Gunvalson on The Real Housewives of Orange County that Kelly Dodd was not allowed at her daughter’s school, a new report is revealing Kelly did indeed once get into a physical fight with another parent on school premises.

During the latest episode of the RHOC, Kelly got extremely upset after Vicki spread a rumor she had heard, claiming that Kelly had been banned from her daughter Jolie’s school. Kelly immediately disputed Vicki’s claim and even called her ex-husband, Michael Dodd, who backed her up about the claim being untrue.

Well, while Kelly might not be banned from the school, a new report has uncovered details of a fight that Kelly got into with another woman in a school classroom back in September 2015.

“Dodd entered the classroom and confronted Heidi Delgadillo about a verbal argument both had at the school the previous day,” said the police report from the Newport Beach Police Department, according to Radar Online. “Dodd was enraged as she began arguing and started, ‘F–k you b—h, you’re nothing but a stripper’ and began waving money in front of Delgadillo.”

Heidi, who was reportedly the new girlfriend of a former fiancé of Kelly’s, is then said to have grabbed Kelly and “dug her nails into her arm.”

The police report, however, noted that both Kelly and Heidi had visible injuries on their body, as Heidi told officers that Kelly also allegedly reached out and grabbed her upper arm.

“While speaking with [alleged victim] I observed several red and dark markings on her inner right arm,” read the report. “The markings appeared to be scratches that were beginning to bruise.”

Kelly also suffered “several markings on her lower right forearm” according to the officer.

Following the incident, which led to no arrests, Kelly attempted to file a restraining order against the woman to protect herself and her then nine-year-old daughter Jolie.

In her court filings, Kelly stated: “Things are out of control. Things are escalating. I have been at this school for five years and she comes and attacks me!”

In addition, Kelly provided Facebook messages that she stated were from Heidi in which Kelly was referred to as an “insecure cougar.”

Unfortunately for Kelly, the restraining order was denied with prejudice.

Before finalizing her divorce from her ex-husband Michael in 2018, Kelly had quite a rocky marriage that included allegations that she once committed domestic violence against Michael. This led to Michael filing a restraining order against Kelly in 2014.

However, Kelly also has a history of filing restraining orders against others, including one she filed in 2013 against her ex-fiancé after accusing him of hitting her. This is in addition to the one she attempted to file against Heidi in 2015.

Most recently, a report came out alleging that Bravo forced Kelly to attend anger management classes after she hit her castmate Shannon Beador on the head with a mallet and smacked Gina Kirschenheiter on the head during this season of the RHOC.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs every Tuesday at 9/8c on Bravo.
