During an interview on E!’s The Daily Pop on Monday, the Vanderpump Rules cast member dished on her and Beau Clark‘s upcoming wedding and revealed whether or not she’s open to inviting Kristen as a guest. She also explained why she and Beau chose Rome, Italy for their big day and shared her thoughts about the Ferrari crash at Pump Restaurant.
“This feels like a completely different season because a lot of us have grown up,” Stassi explained of the upcoming episodes. “Most of us aren’t working at SUR anymore and we have new people that are working at SUR. And, we sometimes get along with them, sometimes don’t, and we all have the same dysfunctional issues we’ve always had.”
“It’s been really sad and obviously, that’s a big part of season eight. Honestly, deep down I’m hoping things get better,” Stassi shared.
While Kristen hasn’t been chosen as a bridesmaid, Stassi hopes to have her at her wedding as a guest, but she hasn’t made that decision quite yet.
“We shall see how this year goes… I would like her to be there. But if we can’t get along every time we’re around each other, that’s a decision I’m going to have to make and think about,” Stassi explained.
Stasi and Beau got engaged at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in July of last year after about a year and a half of dating because Stassi, who grew up in New Orleans, has always “loved cemeteries.”
Although Stassi initially “asked” Beau if they could get married in a cemetery as well, he shot down the idea, telling Stassi that he doesn’t want to start married life in a place of death. Shortly after, Stassi and Beau decided to tie the knot in Rome, Italy, where Beau has dual citizenship.
During her interview, Stassi explained that while she didn’t want to have bridesmaids in her wedding at first, her friends have since forced her into it. Now, she has a whopping nine women set to stand alongside her when she and Beau say, “I do” later this year.
Vanderpump Rules season eight premieres Tuesday, January 7 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
